1.3 Call Recordings and Transcripts

When you upload call recordings:

  • Audio files are processed using third-party AI transcription services
  • We extract and analyze conversation content, speakers, and key moments
  • All recordings are stored securely on AWS S3 with encryption at rest and in transit
  • You must obtain proper consent from all call participants before recording

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. We receive:

  • Last 4 digits of your card
  • Card brand and expiration date
  • Billing address
  • Payment history and transaction records

1.5 Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), we collect:

  • OAuth tokens and API keys (encrypted)
  • Contact, deal, and account data from your CRM
  • Activity logs and sync history
