Manage Your Team & Permissions

Learn how to invite team members, assign roles, configure SSO, and manage access controls for your organization.

Inviting Team Members

    Go to Team Settings

    Navigate to Settings > Team Members in your dashboard.

    Click "Invite Member"

    Click the blue "Invite Member" button in the top right.

    Enter Email & Select Role

    Enter the team member's email and select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer).

  4. 4

    Send Invitation

    Click "Send Invite". The team member will receive an email with a link to join.

Full access to all features and settings

  • Manage team members

Member

Standard access for daily operations

  • Upload call recordings
  • View & edit transcripts
  • Generate proposals
  • Access team analytics
  • Connect personal integrations

Viewer

Read-only access for stakeholders

  • View transcripts
  • View proposals
  • View analytics dashboards
  • Export reports
  • Comment on proposals

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enterprise customers can enable SSO for secure, centralized authentication. We support SAML 2.0 and major identity providers.
