Create Your Account
Sign up for a free 14-day trial. No credit card required.

- Visit pre-sales.io/signup
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile setup

Upload Your First Call
Upload a sales call recording to see PreSales.IO in action.

- Click "Upload" in the dashboard
- Select your audio or video file (MP3, WAV, MP4, M4A)
- Add optional metadata (client name, deal stage)
- Wait for AI processing (usually 2-5 minutes)

Review AI Insights
Explore the automatically generated transcript and insights.

- View the full transcript with speaker labels
- Check highlighted key moments and action items
- Review sentiment analysis and talk ratios
- See extracted pain points and requirements

Generate Your First Proposal
Create a professional proposal from your call insights.

- Click "Generate Proposal" from the transcript view
- Select a proposal template
- Review and customize the AI-generated content
- Export as PDF or share via link

Invite Your Team
Collaborate with your team members on deals.

- Go to Settings > Team Members
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter email addresses
- Assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer)
