Setup Instructions
- Log in to your PreSales.io account
- Click on Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Integrations from the menu
- Find Slack in the Communication section
- Click the "Add to Slack" button

Troubleshooting
Notifications not appearing
Check that the PreSales.io bot is a member of the target channel. Go to the channel, click the channel name, and verify PreSales.io is in the Integrations list. If not, re-add the bot to the channel.
Bot not posting to channel
Ensure the Slack app has the required permissions. Go to your Slack workspace settings → Apps → PreSales.io and verify all permissions are granted.
Test notification works but real notifications do not
Verify that the specific notification type is enabled in your PreSales.io settings. Check the notification logs in Settings → Integrations → Slack → Logs.
Wrong channel receiving notifications
Review your channel routing rules in PreSales.io. Update the default channel or specific routing rules as needed.
