Before You Begin
Requirements
- Active PreSales.io Pro or Enterprise account
- Pipedrive account (any plan)
- Access to Pipedrive API settings

Setup Instructions
- Log in to your PreSales.io account
- Click on Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Integrations from the menu
- Find Pipedrive in the CRM section
- Click the "Connect" button

Automatically sync deals between Pipedrive pipelines and PreSales.io proposals.

Troubleshooting
API token not working
Ensure you are using your personal API token, not a company API token. The token should be from Personal preferences → API. Try regenerating the token if the issue persists.
Deals not syncing
Check that the pipeline mapping is configured correctly. Verify that the deal meets the sync criteria (e.g., has required fields). Review the sync logs for specific errors.
Wrong pipeline selected
Go to integration settings and update the pipeline mapping. New proposals will use the updated pipeline. Existing deals will remain in their current pipeline.
Contact data not matching
PreSales.io matches contacts by email address. Ensure contacts have email addresses in both systems. Check for duplicate contacts in Pipedrive.
